The news is not how they only got 35 users, it is who was able to get $4 million to do the web site?

From the outside looking in, it seems that Quark needs to review the way it releases software. They are hiring for Quality Assurance, that might help.

Why does Quark even use "Activation Manager" that seems to be whole problem? They should either remove it or give the program out for free.
