Three times a week I get the junk food special at the Tacco John's here in the mall, but now they are charging 29¢ extra for tomatos because of the price increase.

did a little surfing and got conflicting articles on tomatos being a record crop in CA, but small price increases in FL due to trying to get better pay for labor

Something Came to Me While Listening to Fresh Air This Evening.

Tonight's Fresh Air was a rebroadcast from last year. Jonathan Lethem's book "Dissident Gardens" is now out in paperback, hense the excuse for the rebroadcast. Never heard of the book so I looked it up on Audible and here is a review:

Yesterday NJ spoke to me about Andrew Tobias
