I haven't even looked at the article but you can't beat the headline

Today is Sir James Paul

Today is Sir James Paul McCartney's 67th birthday. Will I still love him when I'm 64? Yep.

I mention this because in less than 6 weeks we will have the 52 anniversary of the day that John met Paul. 19570706. Even if Keith Olbermann thinks it happened in early June.

Now I would never take on a PHD in political science, especially one who might even know more about consumer electronics than I do, let alone a brother who believes that I get a thrill out of challenging him, but....

Much of Fred's arguments mentions that 59 was the year of "Lunnik." But 1959 was really the year of Luna 1-3. He also talks about "escape velocity." From MIT? Surly he should know that "excape velocity" is a misnomer, it is really a speed, a scalar not a vector.

Every year is the year that changes everything
