I would suggest that Plessy v. Ferguson was a worse decision that this one. And that was in 1896 and that was almost 50 years after Dred Scott.

I would even suggest that Bush v. Gore was a worse decision.

There is someone on this list that says sometimes I say things that are a little over the top. Well thank you for pointing this out B. It is clear that this is the worst decision since Dred Scott v. Sanford. And that is not over the top, but reality!
